I FORGOT THE TITLE AND- OK SO THE THINGS I REMEBER ARE : this cartoon's main character is a yellow cat, he wears a mexican(?) hat or stuff. HE IS A CHEF. His customers want to buy a food from the menu, but he (the cat) doesn't have some of the ingredients. So he needs to find for the ingredients (by farming or shopping or stuff). He comes back and serves the food the customer ordered.
